After breakfast we took G&Y for a ride into Batemans Bay, over the bridge and to Surfside and back again. We stopped off for mornos at our favourite coffee shop only to find it was closed! We found another one which was OK. The weather was closing in, and we made it home just in time. We went back into town for a grocery resupply, came home and had lunch and a snooze. As we were snoozing, the skies opened up and the rain come down again and was accompanied by thunder and lightning. There was no chance of a walk, so we read and talked. Pre-dinner drinks were had before going out for dinner at the Catalina Country Club. Y&G paid for dinner and we paid for drinks.
